We are looking for a proactive administrator to support the work of our Quality Department. This is an exciting opportunity to support the team across a range of projects, and to work closely with both staff and volunteers responsible for our international activities and delivering guiding overseas.
Success in this varied role will require strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks whilst maintaining a consistent approach to your work. You will have experience of supporting team members to organise meetings and events, and of researching and preparing presentations, reports, correspondence and other documents. You will be confident in providing efficient and effective customer service to internal and external stakeholders: responding to enquiries from staff, volunteers, parents and members of the public.
You will enjoy working as part of a busy, geographically dispersed, team and be able to highlight and offer practical solutions to reoccurring enquiries and issues. You will have good attention to detail and follow through to ensure outcomes are delivered and communicated to customers.
