We are on a mission to amplify the voices of girls and young women, so they can champion change in their own lives and the wider world; to build strong partnerships that can increase our reach and impact; and to increase the support we offer our amazing adult volunteers who deliver incredible experiences to young people across the UK every week.
Join our busy and friendly team to help volunteers to use our membership system (GO). Using your technical expertise and great customer service skills you will enable volunteers to keep offering exciting adventures to girls and young women.
As the Senior Membership Systems Coordinator, you’ll manage a team of staff who respond to enquiries from our volunteers by phone and email, and provide first- and second-line technical support for the volunteers and staff using GO. You’ll be passionate about providing excellent customer care and building relationships. You’ll have experience maintaining systems to respond to more complex enquiries and identify when there is a bug that needs to be referred to our IT team. You’ll also use your technical and communication skills to train new staff to use our CRM.
