£28,000 per year
Permanent, Part-time, 28 - 35 hours per week, Full-time
Job description

GFS 9166 Partnerships Coordinator - Full time 35 hours or Part time 28 hours per week

GFS staff have been working remotely during Covid and are making the transition to hybrid working.

About GFS

Established in 1875, GFS is one of the oldest UK registered charities working to support girls and young women. We have a vision of a society free from gender inequality, where every girl can fulfil her potential.

We aim to achieve it by creating a programme of activities designed to develop confidence, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. Then recruiting and train women volunteers to deliver that programme in a single gender space.

GFS is a place where girls can develop the tools they need to fight for a fair society. Our groups are creating unstoppable girls, life changing friendships and breaking stereotypes one girl at a time.

The Role

GFS has been through a period of change throughout the pandemic and is seeking a motivated and personable individual to join us and support the delivery of our growth plan.

This role is designed to help us move to the next step in our Fundraising Strategy, which focuses on developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships with external organisations.

Joining this small team will be a great opportunity for someone to take responsibility for managing and growing a range of partnerships. You will focus on securing new connections, managing donor stewardship, and providing reports to partners. This role will primarily have a fundraising function, and the person will have the opportunity to input into our corporate fundraising strategy.

You will also seek to maximise all potential partnership benefits, such as to source volunteers, or develop specialist programme activities.

We offer a range of flexible working options including hybrid and compressed hours. You will have access to the Employee Assistance Programme, a generous pension scheme and training and development opportunities.

Applications from Black and Minoritised women are encouraged.

To apply please download the application pack and submit your application form by the closing date Friday 5th November 2021 at 12 noon.

CV's are not accepted
