Job description

There’s been some fantastic work in Wolverhampton to address homelessness and this new 5 year project aims to prevent a return to rough sleeping for people with a history of homelessness. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who understands the importance of creative thinking and innovative service delivery. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about working to end homelessness, and have the ability to lead and drive forward this new project.

This role will manage the project running the day to day service and managing a team of Peer Navigators. Navigators will be volunteers with lived experience, trained to provide mentoring and support people to access community support, mutual aid, meaningful activity, and connect people to services to support economic, physical, and mental well-being.
