Development & External Relations Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to support the Development & External Relations department, which is responsible for fundraising, Alumni engagement and the marketing of Goodenough College.
With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a multi-functional team. You will have previous experience of working in either a fundraising, Alumni engagement or customer service environment and will be good at building relationships with people from different backgrounds.
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Alumni Engagement Manager to answer Alumni queries and help organise meetings and events with the aim of building a more engaged and connected global Alumni community.
You will also support the Development team through undertaking desk research on prospects, dealing with donor correspondence and ensuring the team are supported in delivering various projects.
We are looking for an excellent administrator, who is confident with managing a diary, updating a database and enjoys supporting events.
