Our client, a North West based Housing Association, are on the lookout for a Development Project Manager to join them for an initial 3 month period
In this role, you'll project manage the development of predominantly new build residential developments for a range of customers from inception to completion to deliver objectives of the Corporate Plan.
It will be your responsibility to ensure homes are built on time, to budget and to the highest quality; meeting the expectations of tenants and buyers, with an aim to being leaders in the social housing sector.
The successful applicant:
The client are looking for someone with significant experience of project managing new build housing schemes, working through site acquisition and planning and through to delivery on site.
You'll have the proven experience to deliver new homes for a Registered Provider meeting cost, time and budget targets as well as proven ability of simultaneously co-ordinating and managing the performance of several multi-disciplinary project teams
With proven organisational and planning skills, you'll have experience of developing and managing budgets and forecasting expenditure.
Your excellent communication and influencing skills (with a strong customer focus) will be a part of your proactive approach.
