A leading International Charity are looking for a Finance Business Partner for their London Office.
Salary: £47-50,000 depending on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexible working and working from home

Role:
You will provide quality strategic insight and effective finance partnering to key stakeholders to drive financial and business outcomes across member offices globally. You will support them with budget management and performance analysis, and provide investment analysis for growing member offices along with some ad hoc project work. There may be some occasional travel to country offices dependent on business need.
Who we are looking for:
- Relevant accountancy qualfification
- Well-developed analytical and business partnering skills
- Excellent IT literacy with intermediate - advanced excel competency
- Confidence to liaise with staff at all levels across multiple departments
- Ability to liaise with staff internationally across a wide range of cultures with the ability to act with credibility, tact and diplomacy
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills
- Ability to be proactive and logical in problem-solving scenarios
- High attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality work
- Strong time management skills with an ability to plan ahead, anticipate requirements, and obstacles, and an ability to juggle competing priorities successfully, and to work to tight deadlines
