About the role:

A large Multi-Academy Trust are currently seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their HR Team. Within this varied role, you will offer HR advice to a range of stakeholders, whilst developing your skills and understanding across a range of key areas to support with professional development. This role requires you to be onsite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR advice and support with HR processes and policies to a variety of stakeholders
  • Supporting with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
  • Assisting with organisation development programmes, this may involve preparation, planning, producing documents and admin related duties
  • When necessary, escalating complex cases to senior members of the HR team and assisting with Employment Tribunal tasks
  • Supporting with various tasks including Management Information reports, payroll change processes, sponsorship and visa queries and reviews, and job descriptions and salary guidance

The successful candidate:

  • CIPD part qualified, or qualified by experience to equivalent level
  • Have valuable experience of working in a similar role, offering HR related advice to various stakeholders
  • Experience of supporting stakeholders with visa processes
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, confident with producing reports and data analysis using Excel
  • Have previously used/understand DBS systems
  • Experience of working across multiple sights or within the education sector is desirable
