We are based in London and support young people via our direct delivery programmes. We take what we learn from our work and use it to inspire businesses across the UK to do more to improve social mobility (making sure people from all backgrounds get fair opportunities).
We do this by:
· Running large events like The UK Social Mobility Awards to celebrate companies doing it well.
· Organising Social Mobility Day to raise awareness.
· Publishing The Social Mobility Podcast and Social Mobility List to share ideas and highlight role models.
This role sits within the Marketing Communications team and supports the Head of Communications to deliver audience-centred communications and marketing that increases visibility, engagement and impact.
You will lead day-to-day marketing and communications activity, developing audience journeys and delivering targeted, campaigns, with a strong focus on email, digital content and social media.
You will work closely with colleagues across the charity to ensure marketing effectively supports organisational priorities.

Equal Education is a social enterprise working to improve outcomes and narrow the attainment gap for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners, including Children Looked After, those with SEND, and unaccompanied asylum seeking children. We have over 13 years’ experience delivering 1:1 tuition, working with hundreds of Schools and Local Authority partners across the country, reaching hundreds of pupils annually.

What is the Role?
In this role, you will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. With a focus on building and sustaining long-term local council and school relationships, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, expand our service offerings, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. As the majority of our key client relationships are with local councils, we are looking for someone with knowledge of how they operate.
The post holder will have the opportunity to line manage junior member(s) of the team, who provide essential bid-writing and administrative support to facilitate efficient and effective client management.
This role would suit someone with proven ability to operate effectively in scaling organisations where processes are still being defined. This role suits someone who is adaptable, resilient, and confident working at pace amid change.
The role will be suited to those who have worked within an education setting and held the title: SENCO, Head of Department, Advisory Teacher, Inclusion Coordinator or Designated Teacher. The role
We are seeking a policy and public affairs leader to drive influence, advocacy and campaigning in Wales. This high-profile role will represent the organisation at senior levels, engaging with Ministers, Members of the Senedd (MSs), officials and the media to champion speech and language therapy and those with communication and swallowing needs.
You will lead the development and delivery of policy and campaigning strategy, building cross-party relationships, shaping national campaigns and supporting members to influence both locally and nationally in English and Welsh. The role also involves planning impactful events, strengthening partnerships and acting as a key spokesperson on policy and legislative issues.
Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will oversee policy development and responses, ensuring emerging legislation and policy are effectively analysed, influenced and communicated. You will also play a central role in promoting the profession, supporting members and networks across Wales and representing the organisation at a senior level to advance its strategic goals.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a confident policy professional with strong political awareness and a passion for influencing change. Welsh speaking is desirable however not essential. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of health, social care and education policy, alongside knowledge of political processes, particularly within the Welsh Parliament and Government and an appreciation of the role of a professional body.
The ideal candidate will have experience of influencing policy in health, education or social care, with a proven track record in lobbying or campaigning at local or national level. You will be skilled in developing policy initiatives from research, evidence and practice, and communicating complex findings to a wide range of audiences. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and influencer, confident in advising civil servants and politicians on sensitive matters and capable of leading or contributing to projects across a complex organisation.

Safe Haven Sussex CIC is a non-profit community interest company providing accommodation and support for vulnerable adults who have been homeless or vulnerably housed. The Seagull Project is a medium-support service providing housing for up to 40 residents across 7 properties in Brighton and Hove. The Seagull Project takes a harm-reduction approach, supporting individuals with a range of complex and multiple support needs, which may include the active use of substances.
The Seagull Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the service and manage a team of Support Coordinators, ensuring a high standard of person-centred and trauma informed support is consistently provided to residents. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the team to manage risk, enabling residents to live safely and are supported to work toward their goals. A comprehensive understanding of safeguarding procedures and risk management is necessary for this role.

About the role
You will play a crucial role in making sure our volunteer-focused Learning and Development function runs smoothly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for learning and development queries, helping volunteers and colleagues resolve issues. About The Noah Jordan Foundation
The Noah Jordan Foundation is a fast-growing UK children’s charity established in memory of Noah, who died in 2024 from POLG mitochondrial disease, a rare and devastating paediatric mitochondrial disorder which can cause severe neurological deterioration and liver failure in children, and for which there is currently no effective treatment or cure.
Following Noah’s death, his family made him a promise: that his legacy would help change the future for children and families affected by mitochondrial disease.
The Foundation was established to deliver that promise through three charitable objectives:
Medical Research
Funding pioneering medical research to improve clinical management, accelerate the development of effective treatments and ultimately help drive progress towards cures for rare paediatric mitochondrial diseases, including POLG-related mitochondrial disorders.
Raising Awareness
Increasing awareness and understanding of mitochondrial disease amongst healthcare professionals, organisations and the wider public through campaigns, events, education and training.
Supporting Children and Families
Providing practical and emotional support to children and families affected by mitochondrial disease through information, resources, services and financial assistance where possible.
Since launching in September 2024, thanks to our incredible community, the Foundation has grown rapidly, raising more than £400,000 in just over 18 months.

We are excited to be supporting St. Lukes Hospice (Basildon & District), to find a part time Supporter CRM & Data Manager.
This is a hybrid role based at the peaceful countryside Thurrock Hospice site in Essex, with 22.5 hours (3 days) per week, working pattern can be discussed. (£18,034.28 - 23,393.39 depending on experience)

The Role
Development, management and review of processes and procedures for all fundraising income and data across on and offline platforms.
Management and development of the Hospices supporter CRM (Donorflex), leading the relationship with the CRM provider and other data management suppliers.
Development and implementation of appropriate CRM training and reference materials for the Hospices CRM users.
Management of the fundraising and marketing data selection function.
Management of the teams reporting and insight function, ensuring provision of necessary reports, insights and learning to support future income.
Work with key colleagues across the organisation to support the wider Hospices Data Strategy and development of our data architecture.
Line management, development and provision of professional support and guidance to our Supporter Data Officers and volunteers.
The Candidate
Experience of CRM database management with excellent knowledge of CRM databases.
Experience of managing income and data processes and reconciliation.
Experience of working with data for marketing purposes, including compliant handling of communication preferences and building marketing data selections.
Experience of undertaking data analysis and presenting in appropriate formats to inform business decisions.
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of data protection legislation and industry-specific regulation and experience of ensuring compliance within processes and working practices.

We are looking for an experienced and driven corporate partnerships manager with a strong track record of securing income from corporate supporters to grow and manage our corporate partnerships portfolio. You will bring proven experience of developing and delivering mutually beneficial partnerships, with an understanding of the corporate fundraising landscape and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. With experience of managing income targets, supporting forecasting processes and maintaining a healthy pipeline, you will contribute to the delivery of our wider fundraising ambitions. You will be confident in building and nurturing relationships, providing excellent account management and working collaboratively to maximise value and long-term engagement from our corporate partners.
We operate a hybrid, flexible working style and fortnightly office attendance is required. The role is contracted to our Peterborough office and the team currently come together in person once a month. You will also be required to regularly attend external meetings and events.
