Your mission as a Team Leader will be to help manage a team of organisers and to create a city where people are more connected to one another, a city that is fairer and more equal.
The work requires 'movement building' and 'community organising', managing, supporting and training. Your focus will be on listening, building relationships and organising people to take action that makes a difference.
You will be a self starter, a thoughtful relationship-builder with a strategic mind who can confidently relate to insitutions, city leaders and ordinary citizens.
