Job description

PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY DON’T ALWAYS HAVE A VOICE ON DECISIONS THAT AFFECT THEM. THAT’S WHY WE ARE HERE. IN A SOCIETY WHERE CUTS, ASSESSMENTS AND SERVICE REDESIGN ARE COMMONPLACE WE HELP PEOPLE HAVE A MUCH NEEDED SAY ON THEIR FUTURE.
The Empowerment Service aims to ensure that people with a disability have the greatest possible opportunity to be involved in the design of their services like housing and supported employment. But it doesn’t stop there. We also look at local issues, trying to change areas for the better to allow people to have safe, healthy and well-connected lives.

The post is 37hrs p/w but we would be happy to interview for two 18.5 p/w candidates also.
