Are you passionate about Salesforce, excited about designing and implementing innovative solutions and challenging yourself to think out of the box? Then this is the role for you!

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, working with end users to understand their requirements, providing recommendations, and designing and delivering best practice solutions.

As a Salesforce administrator you will be working across a wide range of projects as well as business as usual activities, you will be the go-to person for understanding our current Salesforce set up at the Charity, as well as understanding the impact of new Salesforce releases and functionality.

About the Team

You will be part of the Salesforce team consisting of another Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform manager. This team work closely with teams from across the charity for all things Salesforce, including improvements and enhancements to platform functionality, data, process improvement, innovation projects and more!

About you

You will be a team player who has previous experience of working as a Salesforce Administrator and have the ability to get stakeholder buy-in to requirements and solutions

The ideal candidate will also:

- Have a strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box best practices and functionality
- Take a structured and logical approach to problem solving (with the ability to adapt your approach to suit the situation)
- Be a great communicator able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Have a willingness to learn and grow your skills

Our approach to hybrid working

This role is based in our Central London office (WC1N, opposite Russell Square underground) with the option to work remotely up to three days a week.
