About the Team

The Corporate Partnerships team plays a vital role in supporting the charity, raising millions of pounds every year through the successful delivery of an impressive portfolio of corporate supporters.

The team has the benefit of a clear strategy, an inspiring cause, a fantastic charity brand, incredible networks and leverage through an active Corporate Partnerships Board, and a reputation for being one of the strongest corporate fundraising teams in the sector.

About You

You’ll be an experienced candidate with either fundraising or new business skills, with a very strong ability to prospect potential partners, taking them through the process of securing them as new supporters for the charity. You will be comfortable and adept at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase in particular:

Experience of securing new opportunities through excellent relationship building skills, an ability to create and share inspiring messaging and the capability to influence & persuade key external individuals
Exceptional communication skills – so much of our job relies on this attribute
A creative and proactive mindset to compliment commercial judgement
An ability to negotiate and navigate complex discussions
An interest in, and evidence of, showcasing leadership skills
