The Collaborative Arts Organiser will sit at the heart of Himmah's cultural work, working onthe design, oversight and delivery of collaborative and participatory arts, narrative and heritage projects that bring communities together across race and class. The post-holder will be primarily based with the Race and Class Arts Lab, while contributing across all three Hubs of
the Race, Arts and Heritage strategy.

This is a role for someone who believes that art, culture and heritage are essential tools for organising and liberation, that creative practice can build solidarity across difference, surface community histories, and challenge the dominant narratives that uphold racial and class injustice.

Job Purpose:

The Marketing & Fundraising Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing St Hilda’s East’s marketing strategy and will take the lead in organising fundraising events and securing funds from individual donations, and rental and room hire income.

They will lead on communications with external stakeholders through the development and implementation of SHE’s marketing plans and social media strategy. There will be a particular focus on strengthening our unique link with the Guild (alumnae) of Cheltenham Ladies’ College, as well as with parents and pupils of the school – to raise awareness of the impact of St. Hilda’s East and to organise joint events. The postholder will work alongside freelance fundraisers who focus on maximising grant income.

Marketing & Communications Officer

Hours: 18 hours per week

Salary: £13,621 for 18 hours and up to £28,000 (Full Time Equivalent)

Location: Bradford, Harrogate, or Craven office with some hybrid working
 

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Communications Officer with at least three years’ experience in digital marketing and communications to help raise awareness of Carers’ Resource, promote our services and strengthen engagement with carers, supporters, partners and the wider community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference to people’s lives. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting campaigns, creating engaging content and helping to ensure unpaid carers know where and how to access support.

Working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the organisation, you will help deliver effective marketing and communications activity that reflects the values, voice and impact of Carers’ Resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging marketing and communications activity across digital and print channels.
• Manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, accessible and engaging.
• Create high-quality content for social media, campaigns, press releases and promotional materials.
• Support the promotion of services, events, fundraising activities and campaigns.
• Help increase awareness and understanding of unpaid carers and the support available through Carers’ Resource.
• Manage and grow social media channels, monitoring engagement and performance.
• Support internal communications and staff engagement activities.
• Produce marketing materials including leaflets, posters, presentations and impact stories.
• Gather and share case studies, testimonials and stories demonstrating the charity’s impact.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide reports on communications activity and engagement.
• Ensure all communications are consistent with organisational branding and values.
• Support the development and maintenance of the organisation’s brand identity and reputation.
• Assist with campaigns to recruit volunteers, supporters and trustees where required.

Person Specification:

Essential

• At least 3 years experience in a marketing/ communications role including creating digital content and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong IT and digital skills including website content management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write for a range of audiences and communication channels.
• Experience producing marketing materials and promotional content.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to the values and aims of Carers’ Resource.

Desirable

• Experience working in the charity, health or social care sector.

FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.

The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. We work flexibly, but core working hours are between 10am-4pm, and the successful candidate will be expected to work some evening and weekends, as required.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in promoting a focus group to our members one day and meeting with a journalist the next. We currently have over 100 registered volunteers and over 2000 members of our online community, and you will work closely with our Volunteer & Community Coordinator to ensure that our members are at the heart of what we do.

The ability to speak Welsh, or a willingness to learn, is desirable.

Successful applicants will need to complete a basic DBS check and provide references before any offer of employment is made.

Lightbox Gallery & Museum is entering an ambitious new phase as we prepare for our 20th anniversary in 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and initiative-taking fundraiser to help shape the organisation’s future by developing new income streams and leading our anniversary campaign, Lightbox20.

You will take ownership of the campaign activity across the organisation - developing strategy, building relationships with donors and partners, and delivering income to agreed targets. At the same time, you will manage the practical detail that underpins successful fundraising, including stewardship and our CRM system.

Key priorities are developing and delivering the Big Give campaign this year, capital fundraising for the garden and our 20th anniversary Lightbox 20.  

This role will suit someone who thrives in a small organisation, understands the unique challenges and opportunity this brings and who is self-motivated to build an ambitious campaign from the ground up. The successful appointee will combine strategic thinking with direct delivery, collaborating closely with the Director and Trustees to secure the next chapter of Lightbox Gallery’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Fundraising Leadership

• Lead the delivery of the Lightbox20 anniversary campaign, creating compelling cases for support, preparing fundraising collateral, and engaging supporters and stakeholders.
• Deliver an ambitious fundraising campaign with clear targets that is aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities, partnerships, and income streams, including the Big Give campaign for Giving Tuesday December 2026.

Relationship and pipeline management

• Collaborate closely with the Trustees and Director to identify, build, and manage relationships with individual donors, supporters and prospects.
• Develop cultivation and stewardship plans, including face-to-face meetings, events, and personalised engagement.
• Confidently represent the organisation when meeting donors and supporters.

• Identify local business sponsorship opportunities and approach relevant businesses to celebrate Lightbox20.
• Maintain strong relationships with funding partners through effective reporting and stewardship.

Event support

• Support and attend fundraising events and campaigns, including Director’s Circle events, and donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise fundraising opportunities within exhibitions and public programmes.

Fundraising Operations & Administration

• Manage campaign donor communications, acknowledgements, and stewardship processes.
• Conduct prospect research and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor income, prepare reports, and track fundraising performance on the database, Raiser’s Edge.
• Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and best practice.

Artist/Producer – Early Years
Salary: £30,000, per annum, pro rata (£11,997 per annum actual for 2 days per week)

About You and The Role

The Artist/Producer is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of Modern Art Oxford’s early years projects including our co-learning, sensory play project Make Play, holiday workshops and welcome tours and activities for primary schools, charities, and community groups.

Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme recognises and celebrates children, as active participants in our shared society. Established in 2017, Make Play is one of the core strands of our programmes for children aged 6 months to 5 years. It provides a child-led creative space for babies and children to explore, play and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.

The Artist/Producer takes a lead role in developing activities in response to the temporary exhibitions programme, working closely with the Curator Communities, Practice & Participation to ensure a holistic and well-curated offer throughout the year.

Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme engages more than 1,000 children, parents, and carers each year through our regular sessions at the gallery and offsite with local partners.

Key responsibilities

• Workshop and Programme Delivery

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in Early Years education, strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy, child-centred and inclusive practice, experience working with artists, facilitators, or creative practitioners and experience of delivering projects and workshops in art galleries and museums with demonstrable experience of working with diverse materials and media.

They will have confidence managing multiple projects, partnerships, and delivery locations, be self-motivated and collaborative with excellent communication and relationship building skills, good IT, administrative and organisational skills.

The ability to work weekends, knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices and procedures and a DBS check and training in safeguarding are also required. First Aid training is desirable.
