The Grants and Trusts Manager will play a vital role in growing income from Charitable Trusts, Foundations, and Statutory funding by identifying new funding opportunities, developing compelling, high-quality funding applications, and delivering excellent stewardship. This role will support Lakeland Arts’ artistic, heritage, learning, and engagement programmes across our sites in the Lake District including Blackwell – the Arts & Crafts house, Abbot Hall art gallery, and Windermere Jetty Museum. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop strong, place-based cases for support aligned with the charity’s strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Trusts, Foundations & Statutory Fundraising • Identify, research, and qualify funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies – including Arts Council England - to support the conservation of our artistic, heritage, learning, and engagement activity. • Lead on writing and submitting high-quality funding applications, securing both unrestricted income and project-specific funding aligned with Lakeland Arts’ strategy. • Develop compelling proposals that clearly articulate the significance of our extensive collections, the benefit of public access to these and the value of our heritage, and community impact, using evaluation data, audience insight, and partnership testimonials. • Maintain ownership of a proactive and balanced funding pipeline, ensuring prospects are thoughtfully approached and progressed through the fundraising cycle. Stewardship, Reporting & Relationship Management • Steward a balanced portfolio of funders, building strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and engagement opportunities (including site visits where appropriate), while complying with funding agreements. • Maintain a clear calendar of applications, reports, renewals, and deadlines, ensuring all funder requirements are met to a high standard and on time. • Produce clear, engaging funder reports that demonstrate impact, successful financial management, and agreed outcomes. Internal Collaboration & Funding Priorities • Work collaboratively with colleagues across curatorial, participation & learning, conservation workshop, visitor experience, finance, and leadership teams to shape strong, well-informed funding bids. • Proactively gather information to ensure funding proposals reflect current and emerging organisational priorities. • Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture that values shared learning and cross-departmental working. Data, Systems & Performance Management • Use CRM systems to accurately record fundraising activity, funder communications, deadlines, and outcomes. • Track and analyse fundraising performance against income targets and KPIs, contributing to internal reporting, forecasting, and strategy reviews. • Ensure compliance with fundraising best practice, data protection, charity law, and internal policies and procedures. Representation & Wider Development Activity • Act as a confident and knowledgeable ambassador for Lakeland Arts, representing the charity at funder meetings, networking events, and sector committees. • Support wider development activity, including campaigns, events, and partnership work as required. • Provide administrative and project support to the Development team when needed. Safeguarding, Equity & Organisational Values • Embed safeguarding, health & safety, and duty of care into all aspects of work in line with Lakeland Arts’ policies. • Promote inclusive, welcoming, and accessible arts and heritage spaces for all audiences. • Actively promote Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging principles into dayto-day practice. General: • Ensure the highest level of donor care for sponsors and supporters. • Maintain a solid understanding of the external funding environment, keeping up to date with funding trends and developments in the sector. • Adhere to ethical and legal fundraising best practice keeping up to date with any changes in fundraising legislation. • Contribute to the overall success of the organisation by attracting new funders. The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to grow this vital area of income. About You and The Role

The Artist/Producer is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of Modern Art Oxford’s early years projects including our co-learning, sensory play project Make Play, holiday workshops and welcome tours and activities for primary schools, charities, and community groups.

Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme recognises and celebrates children, as active participants in our shared society. Established in 2017, Make Play is one of the core strands of our programmes for children aged 6 months to 5 years. It provides a child-led creative space for babies and children to explore, play and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.

The Artist/Producer takes a lead role in developing activities in response to the temporary exhibitions programme, working closely with the Curator Communities, Practice & Participation to ensure a holistic and well-curated offer throughout the year.

Modern Art Oxford’s early years programme engages more than 1,000 children, parents, and carers each year through our regular sessions at the gallery and offsite with local partners.

Key responsibilities

• Workshop and Programme Delivery

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in Early Years education, strong understanding of Early Years pedagogy, child-centred and inclusive practice, experience working with artists, facilitators, or creative practitioners and experience of delivering projects and workshops in art galleries and museums with demonstrable experience of working with diverse materials and media.

They will have confidence managing multiple projects, partnerships, and delivery locations, be self-motivated and collaborative with excellent communication and relationship building skills, good IT, administrative and organisational skills.

The ability to work weekends, knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices and procedures and a DBS check and training in safeguarding are also required. First Aid training is desirable.

As part of our shift to embed our advocacy services in the communities we serve, Lamp are recruiting an Advice and Outreach Officer to play a key role in the provision of our Community Mental Health Advocacy service.

A brand new role for the organisation the successful postholder will be responsible for providing our drop-in sessions and advocacy skills workshops across a variety of community spaces around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

The successful post holder will be a confident public speaker and dynamic self-starter who is able to cultivate and develop relationships with both professionals and service users. You will work autonomously and must have excellent time-keeping skills and be comfortable managing a varied workload.

As an Advice and Outreach Officer you will work in tandem with our Advocates and Information and Advice Officer to raise awareness of our work, provide ad hoc advice and signposting, manage incoming referrals and deliver confidence and skills building workshops. Experience of delivering advocacy services is not essential but an understanding of the remit and impact of advocacy intervention is highly desirable.

The Lived Experience Insight team deliver involvement and co-production activities across the organisation, which shape the ongoing design, delivery and governance of Shelter’s work. People with lived experience are involved in a range of ways, including lived experience groups, codesigning Shelter's services and campaigns, sharing decision making on staff recruitment and supporting external influencing and systemic change via consultation and coproduction with key stakeholders.

About the role

As a service designer, you will contribute to all stages of the design process. You will be part of one or multiple cross-functional product teams to create and improve services across our many different channels. You will work independently and in close collaboration with other roles, such as Interaction Designers, User Researchers and Product Managers to deliver tangible and measurable outcomes to our wide range of users. You will report to the Senior Service Designer.

Role specifics

We’re looking for someone with experience designing and improving services in complex environments, with a strong focus on user needs and inclusive design. You’ll work collaboratively with researchers, designers, developers and stakeholders to identify opportunities, generate ideas and shape services that support Shelter’s digital purpose. You’ll be confident facilitating workshops and conversations, communicating insights clearly and turning complex information into accessible, actionable outputs such as service maps and user journeys. With experience of prototyping, agile working and service design methods, you’ll help teams navigate challenges, support delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive, user-centred design practices across the organisation.

About the team

The Design team plays a key role within Shelter by producing engaging user experiences for advice services, campaigns, fundraising and cross cutting journeys. We are user centred design leaders that collaborate across the organisation to develop digital solutions that meet user needs and organisational goals. Disciplines in the team include Service Design and Interaction Design.  They work closely with other teams – particularly the Content team, Product and Delivery team, Insight and BI team and business owners in Services and Income Generation. This is a key new role at the Chelsea Physic Garden being recruited at a time when the organisation launches its new 10 year strategy, a major capital project and fundraising campaign. We are looking to appoint our first in house Human Resource Manager to support the organisation as it grows.  Based on site at least one of the two days per week, you will work with the senior leadership and recruiting managers to ensure timely recruitment processes, preparing and issuing employment contracts and support robust onboarding and induction processes.  You will work with the Director and leadership team to propose strategies and practices that support organisational talent development, employee engagement and staff retention.  Freelance HR consultancy retained.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Funded Projects Officer to aid the success of our project delivery.

The Role:
•    Aid the successful delivery of projects through the development of realistic project budgets that inform internal decision-making and strengthen funding applications.
•    Monitor income and expenditure against approved budgets, highlight risks and implications, and help ensure the Trust remains in a healthy financial position.
•    Maximise grant income through organised grant claims, good funder relations and effective negotiations.
•    Report on restricted income within projects, feeding into budgets, forecasts and year end requirements.
•    Manage complicated funding packages, whilst avoiding double funding, and coordinate claims and reports for multi partner projects.
•    Ensure compliance with funder, Trust and statutory requirements, including VAT, procurement and funded-project guidance.
•    Produce financial and written reports for internal decision-making and for updating funders, project teams, management and senior leaders.
•    This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working, and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than once a month on average.
•     This is a fixed term contract until March 2027.

The Candidate:
•    A confident communicator able to listen, interpret, challenge, influence and explain complex financial principles to non-experts.
•    Experienced in the development, production and monitoring of project budgets, including analysing implications, risks and assumptions.
•    Skilled in project management, delivery and grant management, ideally across multiple projects at any given time.
•    Able to develop and deliver high quality numerical and written reports, ensuring accuracy and spotting potential risks.
•    An understanding of funder rules, requirements and funding opportunities, maintaining good working relationships with funders.
•    Able to consider the impacts and implications of projects on Trust budgets, resources and funds, contributing to accurate reforecasting.
•    Experience working in a similar role or fundraising-related role in the charity sector would be advantageous.
