Responsibilities

Creating compelling written content about plant-based food; precision fermentation; cultivated meat, dairy and fish; and the plant-based food industry - across ProVeg B2C and B2B media channels (articles, blog posts, social media, video, info material, website etc.) as well as for third party platforms.

Devising themes and ideas for content creation including building on the wide variety of ProVeg programmes across 12 countries, using effective storytelling and impact articles.

Working with colleagues on graphic and video content.

Maximizing our reach by optimizing content according to current SEO best practice.

Assuring quality control in close cooperation with the International Senior Digital Communications Manager, as well as ProVeg Editor-in-Chief and our research department.

Supporting PR function as back-up writer.

Working together with other content creators, communications managers, or external service providers to successfully engage with our target audience.

Repurposing content for different mediums, including social media and video.

Using ProVeg's own research insights and other references to inform our communications approach to, and adapt framing for, different target audiences.

Contributing to measuring outputs and outcomes to ensure our communications are impactful.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Relevant degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, English studies or other relevant fields.

At least three years professional experience (in an agency or larger organization) in writing online copy such as blog articles and social media posts.

Experience in SEO writing/editing.
-
Experience with social media posting and scheduling tools.
-
Strong understanding of target groups and strong communication skills, with a strong feeling for the language.

Creative mind, with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.

Good knowledge of topics related to plant-based nutrition and lifestyles.

Proactive, result-oriented, and structured approach to work.

Comfortable with working with tight deadlines.

About the team
The Shop Support Team Administrator role sits within our Shop Support Team in the Income Generation directorate at Shelter, you will report into the Shop Support Team Manager.
About the Role
Providing comprehensive support to our Shops and Retail function is what’s required here. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, customers and supporters and also be responsible for all aspects of the shop supplies orders process - from price checking to placing orders. And, when it comes to finance or new goods admin – like processing invoices, raising new product codes or assisting with stock takes, again we’ll count on you. Ensuring new shops have the necessary supplies and signage, maintaining till number records, updating spreadsheets and managing the shop’s online handbook – all are aspects of this interesting, varied and vital support role.

About you
To succeed, you’ll need a background in admin, excellent communication and time management skills and a proven ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. An exciting opportunity exists for a Head of Communications to join the team. As Head of Communications, you will lead the charity’s internal and external communications. From strategy development through to execution, you will be interacting with a wide range of audiences and stakeholders from policymakers to press and media. This is a part time (1.5 days a week), permanent role, home based within the UK with limited travel for meetings in the UK.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have experience of managing complex communications projects involving multiple stakeholders and achieving measurable results. You will be able to both develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy which has buy-in from stakeholders and have experience of developing project timelines and delivering against key milestone.
You will be able to demonstrate strategic understanding of the charity’s needs, inspire team members, and possess the gravitas to influence stakeholders to support your vision. You will be skilled at developing high quality and engaging communications across a variety of media, including web and social channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new initiative, providing generalist advice to service users of Mind in Camden. This new project will develop to meet the needs of service users and so you will need to be flexible in your approach.
You will be an experienced Generalist Adviser able to work in partnership with staff at Mind in Camden to support their service users. Clients will either self-refer or be referred from the core team at Mind in Camden.

About the Role
We are looking for an Advocate to join our team in Swindon. We are seeking applicants who have transferable skills, a willingness to learn, a desire to promote the rights of children and young people or already have an IAP City and Guilds Level 3 or IAQ City and Guilds Level 4 in Advocacy.
You will work directly with care experienced children and young people and those on Child Protection Plans providing them with advocacy support in the community and a variety of settings.
You will empower and support them to ensure their voices are heard within decision–making processes that effect their lives.
You will be a capable ambassador for Coram Voice with the ability to engage effectively with professionals, carers, other stakeholders and most importantly children and young people.

The role is an Accounts Payable Assistant. The role will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Setting up new suppliers on internal systems
- Supplier statement reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need previous experience in Accounts Payable, ideally dealing with high volumes of invoices. Previous experience of financial software and Excel are also important.

About us
World Jewish Relief has been successfully delivering our refugee employment programme, STEP, for over seven years. Research into this programme showed that women were dropping out more often than men, not moving through the programme as fast as men, and not getting the same level of job outcomes. As a result, STEP Forward was created to specifically address the barriers to integration faced by women.
The aim is for women refugees to make informed decisions about their lives and their continued pathways in the UK. In April 2023, a new phase of the programme was launched with a target to support 315 women until April 2026 in Coventry, Bradford, and Leeds.
Project Details
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant(s) to assess STEP Forward programme effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancement. The consultant(s) will be responsible to produce three monitoring reports between 2024 and 2026.
Specific tasks:
- Conduct a thorough desk review of all relevant project documents.
- Design and implement a systematic approach for data collection, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Engage key stakeholders, including partners and clients, through surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews, including site visits to Coventry, Bradford and Leeds.
- Leverage various data collection tools to gather quantitative and qualitative data.
- Compile comprehensive reports that synthesise the consultancy's findings and recommendations.
- Deliver presentations that effectively convey the consultancy's findings to a diverse audience.
