Context and Background
The innovative services that we develop are a critical part of the NSPCC’s fight for every childhood. We transform lives by working directly with some of the most vulnerable children and families. This role will help develop our service offer in respect of preventing and tackling child sexual abuse, with a focus on the ongoing development, coordination and implementation of our secondary education service. This aims to support secondary education settings to be places that foster healthy relationships and keep, young people safe from abuse.
Job purpose
• Scoping, leading and project managing programmes, services and products within the Development and Implementation Team within set timescales and budgets.
• Managing a matrix approach to service development and design, bringing together people, resources, skills and talent from across the organisation to conceptualize, design and create new programmes, services and products
• Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all new developments are informed and underpinned by evidence, have a theory of change and support the NSPCC in delivering its strategy
• Working with research colleagues to plan how outcomes and impact will be measured for each new development.
Key relationships - Internal
Reporting to the Associate Head of Development with close links to the Head of Development and Implementation, the post holder will work closely with an internal project team, managing workstream leads from digital, comms, content development, schools service, income generation and subject matter experts and have frequent interaction at Director level and other senior stakeholders. They will be in frequent contact with multiple teams and directorates as they operate a matrix style of project development.
Key relationships - External
This role will develop relationships at Director level and other senior stakeholders across a range of external partners including from Education, Children Services, Police, Health Partners and the third sector for the purpose of influencing, learning, collaboration and engagement. They will also work closely with participation and people with lived experience who support service development.

· Accountable for end to end delivery of the development and delivery of projects within the D&I team, with a focus on education

Consortium hosts the largest network of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans + groups, projects and organisations in the UK (600 members) and offers a range of support so that they can deliver vital support and services to over 5 million LGBT+ people, their friends and families. We are recruiting for a Head of Partnerships and Development who will support our charity, and the LGBT+ sector, to continue growth in an appropriate and sustainable way. At our North West London Home, we are recruiting a Head of Kennels who will share our compassion and commitment for animal welfare to provide front line leadership to our team of Kennel and Animal Care staff and volunteers. We care for up to fifteen dogs on site, in addition to dogs placed into foster homes. Our Head of Kennels is responsible for managing the day-to-day smooth running of our kennels and maintaining the wellbeing of all dogs in our care, so that their individual physical and psychological needs are catered for adequately, and in line with our standards and ethics.

Reporting into the Director of Finance and Operations, you will provide leadership to a medium sized team, whilst having full management of all financial processes and standards across the group structure.
The key duties of this Head of Finance role are as follows:
- Full responsibility for the delivery of the annual budget, ensuring all assumptions are challenged around demand to make it as robust as possible.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, offering opportunities for upskilling and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Have full accountability for ensuring the organisation’s services are running to their budgets, challenging variances and making recommendations to bring them back in line as needed.
- Hold accountability for the day-to-day running of the external audit and production of the statutory accounts.
- Be the go-to financial expert in the organisation for the development of funding bids.
- Have critical oversight of cash management and forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Take the lead in the production of the monthly delivery timetable, ensuring that the team are always delivering at 100%.

The Director of Finance and Operations is looking to invest in someone ambitious, with the view of providing exceptional on-the-job training to enable the post holder to assume additional responsibilities over time, and potentially grow into a more senior role!
The successful candidate will have:
- Achieved their full accountancy qualification.
- A background working in a finance role at a senior level of a medium sized organisation or larger.
- Experience working in an organisation with a similar business model (e.g. health or social care, social housing etc).
- Demonstrable experience of managing and driving performance across a team.
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
This role will officially be based in their offices in London, although opportunities to work from home will be on offer for up to three days per week.

The role
Voice4Change England is recruiting for an Infrastructure and Development Officer who will effectively manage outreach and consultation with BME organisations and communities across England. We are looking for a proactive, motivated and outgoing person to join our Infrastructure and Development Team.
You will be passionate about social justice and addressing inequalities, can assess community needs and deliver infrastructure support addressing under-funding, and help to build sustainability and resilience in BME groups as well as help groups develop opportunities for greater impact.
The role will be remote working with monthly meetings and project related travel across England.
Main responsibilities
• Organise and deliver outreach to reach and engage BME organisations and be informed by them on needs and issues.
• Organise roadshows and other events to engage and consult with BME organisations on particular issues and themes that emerge from outreach and consultation.
• Contribute to the development of learning, advice, support and resources for BME organisations.
• Liaise with external agencies and service providers to help broker increased inclusion of BME organisations.

The Royal College of Pathologists is seeking a Head of IT to lead the IT strategy and operational management of the IT function. The post holder will have a proven understanding of technology transformation and the opportunities this can provide for the College. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing the IT strategy to support the overall business objectives and strategic plans, while at the same time taking an active lead on the operational aspects of IT and AV support services. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Head of IT is a highly visible and leading role and will work closely with all departments and the Senior Management Team.
Currently embarked on an organisation-wide technology transformation project, this will be a primary initial focus with the aim of being more connected, efficient, and providing more effective member services. The Head of IT will be pivotal in ensuring delivery of technology driven aspects of the College wide project and future projects by horizon scanning for new technologies and ways of working that can continue to improve the College’s operations.
The role requires excellent personal communication skills, commitment to customer service and management expertise to lead a small team. Apart from the internal College projects and services, the IT and AV department provides event support for commercial events on site.
All of the College IT and AV services are supported via a service desk. The Head of IT is responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, and any issues identified are resolved swiftly and effectively. Responsibility and experience at a technical level for networks, IT security, AV systems as well as MS365 solutions is a pre-requisite. Being part of a small team, it is expected that the Head of IT will take a hands-on approach where required.
