Working within a small GMWSA staff team, the post-holder will assume prime responsibility for management of a Greater Manchester Integrated Rehabilitation Services (GMIRS) Women’s Support contract. This has been recently awarded to GMWSA on behalf of Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and HM Prison & Probation Service (HMPPs).
Working to the Alliance CEO, the job involves managing and supporting operational service delivery arrangements between GMWSA and its 9 service delivery partner organisations.
This involves risk assessment, the preparation of reports, data analysis, creating and delivering presentations, the development and implementation of service improvement plans to satisfy Key Performance Indicators and to maximise the timely achievement of good contract outcomes across Greater Manchester.
The role also involves supporting the Alliance in securing and implementing additional contracts and services in support of our mission and objectives.
