As Head of Digital Mobilisation here at Greenpeace, you will play a pivotal role in helping us to continue to deliver change by maintaining high standards in creative communications and innovative mobilisation strategies and using the power of digital channels to recruit huge numbers of people.

About this exciting opportunity:
Greenpeace UK’s digital mobilisation team is a key part of our organisation, responsible for recruiting new people to our growing movement via digital channels and providing ample and diverse opportunities for them to take action to deliver change.
As Head of Digital Mobilisation, you will work with this dedicated team to achieve even greater success. You will utilise your strategic insight and expert knowledge to identify the best ways to deliver our campaign goals using social media, email and any new tools / tech. Plus, you will help to deliver organisational objectives such as bringing in new supporters and deepening the engagement of existing supporters.
As a specialist head of department, you will also be responsible for using a collaborative approach and fostering an innovative and supportive team culture to lead your team effectively to deliver the digital campaigning elements of a fast-moving and ambitious programme, while monitoring and working to support individual resilience and well-being.
Maintaining productive relationships with other managers and team leaders across the organisation, plus acting as a senior representative of Greenpeace UK at internal and external events, are also vital.

A highly influential and innovative individual with an impressive track record of developing and delivering strategies to use people power to win campaigns and deepen engagement using digital tools and channels. An outstanding communicator with a collaborative and flexible approach to your work, you must also boast strong experience of successfully leading and managing staff and their performance, development and welfare.
Exceptional interpersonal, time-management and multi-tasking skills are also essential, as is a strong belief in, and commitment to, Greenpeace UK’s mission, vision and values.
