Job description


We are seeking an enthusiastic new team member to join us as our Office Services Assistant. In this role, you will undertake the day-to-day operation of the front office and the smooth running of the meeting rooms for Greensleeves Care, ensuring a pro-active, seamless, and quality service is delivered.

This is a varied role, and the responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, answering the main Head Office number and directing calls, daily sending and receiving of post, managing meeting room bookings and keeping tidy areas of Head Office as well as general administrative tasks.

ABOUT YOU: You will have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills appropriate for a wide range of situations. An excellent working knowledge of IT software packages including Microsoft Outlook and Word is equally important. You will also need a positive attitude and proactive commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
