The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be tasked with supporting and assisting senior figures within our organisation.

In this diverse role, you will maintain, develop and organise the Senior Management Team’s programme of activities. A key element of this will be proactively booking meetings for management figures to attend, ensuring that their diaries are managed.

You will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and act as an ambassador in all dealings with board members, contractors, funders and clients.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your role will involve:

- Ensuring that colleagues are fully briefed before sales meetings
- Organising all board meetings
- Following up on actions and outcomes from meetings
- Acting as secretary to the Management Executive Team
- Supporting all the Chief Executive's correspondence
- Overseeing the office environment to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Ensuring that all relevant contact details are maintained on a database
- Providing general administrative support

About You

To join us as an Executive Assistant, you will need:

- Significant experience in a PA or EA role supporting one or more senior professionals
- A proactive, relentless, driven approach coupled with plenty of initiative and the ability to work well in a pressurised, fast-paced environment
- The ability to procure meetings
- Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.
