You will be a crucial part of the team, working closely with the Senior Management Team, particularly the Fundraising and Communications Manager and Chief Executive to grow Groundswell’s income. You will lead on generating new business through systematic research, stakeholder mapping and targeted approaches to from a range of trusts, foundations and statutory prospects.  


You will be a flexible worker with strong organisational, research and written communication skills. You will pride yourself in collaborative working to ensure the most successful chance of securing income, whilst being a self-starter who can manage their own workload effectively.
