Diary Manager

We are excited to present two new opportunities within our Administration & Facilities team: two Part-Time Diary Managers on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Both roles are for 18.75 hours per week, with negotiable working days and hours, ideally spread across 4-5 days per week. This hybrid role expects 30% of your monthly time to be office-based.
About the Role:
In these roles, you will proactively support diary management for leadership teams across three business areas: Endowment, People & Culture, Communications & Engagement, CEO office, Charities, and Operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will handle basic administration tasks directed by the Business Manager, tracking the Foundation’s planning points and rhythms to manage leadership time.
About You:
· Previous experience in diary management for multiple senior individuals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and a quick grasp of new software.
· Prioritization skills as needed.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work with initiative and at pace.
· Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
· Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
