Job description

Building For Cornwall’s Cultural Future – New Appeal, New Theatre, New Challenge

In Spring 2021, we will throw open our doors to showcase a totally transformed public space where everyone is welcome. A theatre our county truly deserves, the place our young people need, the place where everyone – regardless of background, interest or experience – can dream big again. And we all need that more than ever right now.

We are about to embark on a new appeal to help support the final act in delivering our Capital transformation and we need an engaging personality to lead and champion our community fundraising activity within Cornwall. Using the soon to be launched regional appeal, you will immediately drive community fundraising growth with your excellent communication, motivation and fundraising skills.

With experience of supporter stewardship, event conduct and volunteer management, the new Community Fundraising Manager will take a pivotal role in the delivery of the new appeal and re-opening of Hall For Cornwall in Spring 2021, before embarking on the new community fundraising strategy for the years ahead.

If you are ready for this new challenge, please send your CV, a covering letter outlining how your experience matches the job description and knowledge and skills needed. Please also download and send the Equal Opportunities monitoring form.
