Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow (HFEH) Mind provides mental health services in our boroughs. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking individual to join our Adult Services Team.

To provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support to the HFEH Adult Services Team efficient and effective running of the charity office and daily business.
Often being the first point of contact, the Adult Service Administrator will need to possess excellent communication skills. The image of the organisation and its services relies heavily on the ability of the Adult Service Administrator to communicate effectively and sympathetically with a wide variety of people including staff and supporters.
The Adult Service Administrator will need to possess excellent time management and organisational skills to be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and a range of priorities.
The Adult Service Administrator will need strong IT skills and be competent in the use of most Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. A working knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher would also be helpful. Knowledge of databases would also be useful.
The Adult Service Administrator will need to be practical, proactive, resilient, calm under pressure and able to use their initiative. An understanding of autism and previous experience in the voluntary sector would be advantages.
This is a fixed term contract for 35 hours per week until end of December 2021 (contract renewal dependent on performance and funding).
