Job description
I am currently looking for a process driven Data Assistant with an expert eye for detail and passion for data, you will provide essential quantitative and administrative support to this amazing humanitarian aid charity's growing Mass Markets Fundraising teams, with particular focus on the UK market.

Key Accountabilities include:

Updating the supporter database with financial and essential donor information
Ensuring associated financial processes and reporting are completed in a timely manner
CRM systems administration, donor engagement and administrative support

Data Entry and Processing
Processing donation and supporter information in to Salesforce, including manual data entry, manual data imports, and ensuring automated data uploads are maintained.
Updating all additional financial and constituent information in Salesforce as required by Associate Director, Database & Gift Management, Head of Mass Markets and Executive Director UK.,
Maintaining and optimising data management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Finance Support
Liaising with UK Finance Team to support financial processes, supplying data and information and supporting monthly reconciliation
Providing financial administrative assistance, including travel booking, invoice and expenses processing, cash handling, and income and expenditure tracking
Producing data, finance and other reports, spreadsheets and other financial reports to required standard.

CRM Systems Administration
Providing support to International Operations Teams as needed to ensure Salesforce and associated fundraising platforms functionality are fit-for-purpose
Acting as a joint UK subject matter expert for Salesforce, contributing to process and operational enhancement and providing guidance and training as required.
Basic analytics and reporting as required.

Donor Engagement
Acting as first-line support for UK donations and other Mass Marketing related enquiries through internal call handling and email contact, and escalating to relevant internal stakeholders.
Timely alerting of relevant donations to Fundraisers and facilitating written supporter correspondence as required.

Administrative Support
Providing project administrative support to the UK Mass Markets Team and UK-based Fundraising Teams and liaising with other departments as required.
