Job Description

A charity are looking for a Data Insights Manager to provide business intelligence to drive and support the Engagement Strategy and work with managers across the department to ensure that the intelligence/insight is used to inform planning and implementation.
You will play a leading role in integrating systems, processes and data to achieve a single customer view.

Key Responsibilities:
-Work with the Head of Customer Services and Data Management to identify and manage all data insight projects and ensure that interpretations of the findings and insights are delivered to the appropriate senior stakeholders in order to inform and drive future performance and strategies.
-Identify and deliver data based solutions e.g. predictive data models, propensity models, forecasting models that maximise supporter responsiveness, engagement, loyalty and support in response to internal customer need.
-Manage the analysis of fundraising campaigns, working closely with the relevant fundraising teams to identify key learning and make recommendations for future activity.
-Deliver excellent customer service by understanding requirements, managing expectations, gathering and acting on feedback and communicating and negotiating effectively with all customers.

Skills and Experience required:
-Experience within industry of acquisition / retention / churn models
-Experience working with large volumes of data and databases, ensuring quality, integrity and accuracy of data
-Experience manipulating and interpreting data according to client requirements
-Project management experience
Experience of managing data development projects
-Line management experience
-Experience of predicting modelling techniques, segmentation and decision trees
-Experience of extraction and manipulations of large datasets for modelling using scripting language
-Comprehensive understanding knowledge of the structure of databases and their implementation
- Knowledge of statistics/operational research
- Commercial experience on acquisition/retention/profiling projects
