As the charities first Digital Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in making digital engagement personal and purposeful, by putting data-driven audience insight at the heart of everything the charity does for their supporters online.
Reporting to the Digital Acquisition Manager and working closely with the Supporter Experience team and wider data community, you will lead on digital insights across key channels such as search, advertising, social, website and email (using platforms such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager/Ad Manager).
You must be experienced in CMS and CRM tools and have a strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and Optimisation (SEO & SEO).
To succeed in the role, you'll be a data-driven decision maker and creative problem solver, with an eye for detail and a desire to delve deeper.
