Part of the friendly Digital Content & Engagement team, you will lead on digital engagement campaigns, stakeholder management and the planning and delivery of organic Social Media content.
Key responsibilities will be the delivery of an effective Social Media strategy that increases engagement with key audiences across all social media channels, ensuring best-practice community management. You will work to develop an approach for engaging micro-influencers on social media and deliver regular influencer campaigns. In order to optimise for ongoing improvement, you will also track and report on the effectiveness of social media content and digital engagement campaigns.
The role line-manages the Social Media Officer, so strong communication skills with the ability to lead, mentor and inspire are a must.
