In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of digital fundraising and supporter engagement across all digital platforms. It's an extremely exciting time to join the charity as they celebrate their 30th anniversary in the UK and enter their new fundraising strategy!
Working closely with colleagues across Communications, Digital/Web and Fundraising you will work to develop and drive digital fundraising; developing and implementing plans to increase income generation, acquisition, supporter loyalty, retention and engagement.
A key focus of the role is to develop engagement, which will involve creating supporter journeys, both online and offline, with a view to converting supporters to lifetime donors. This will involve maximising digital platforms to increase brand awareness and attract younger audiences; analysing trends in fundraising; developing key touch points and reporting on performance and progress.
If you're experienced in running successful digital and social media campaigns, have a strong understanding of all digital platforms and believe in keeping the supporter at the heart of everything you do, then this is the role for you!
