Job description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Events Administrator (part-time) for a membership not for profit organisation based in London in order to support the Events team. This busy and varied role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career in events management.

The post-holder will have day to day operational responsibility for customer liaison and booking for all centrally run events. The role will provide customer service, administrative and logistical support for all events and activities as well as work with the charity network of 35 National, Regional and Special Interest Groups.
The candidate will primarily work with our Microsoft Dynamix CRM, MS Teams, Zoom, Eventbrite, Excel, event delivery platform, Outlook and Word.

Person specification:

Experience working in a customer facing environment or dealing with a wide range of stakeholders (essential)
The ability to use a database effectively (essential) Microsoft Dynamix experience an advantage
Experience of using website CMS systems (desirable)
Experience of and competent in effectively communicating using email and telephone systems (essential)
Experience using databases and with data entry (essential)
Experience of using Windows operating environments and ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software (essential)
Experience and knowledge of financial processes (desirable)
Experience of working with volunteers (desirable)
Knowledge of and/or experience within the charity sector (desirable)
