The UAE-UK Business Council was established in 2009. It is a small, high-level body co-chaired by His Excellency Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh and Sir Edward Lister. It met for the first time in September 2011 in Abu Dhabi and has met twice a year ever since, alternating between the UAE and the UK.
Our Members include large corporate companies, SMEs, Government representatives, Institutions and Business Organisations.

The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive senior-level business, corporate, or government experience.
- Experience of developing and implementing wide-reaching strategies.
- Experience of running programmes and initiatives either in a government or corporate environment, ideally in both the UK and UAE.
- Excellent organisational and budget management skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
