I am currently looking for an experienced and methodical Fundraising Salesforce Administrator for an amazing children's charity. The purpose of this role will be to assist the Fundraising team by completing a project to cleanse a discrete number of important records on Salesforce.
Main duties: Ensure all records are as up-to-date and accurate as possible: Contact details - name, address and e-mail Adding research notes supplied to a record Updating contact codes Adding account holders Removing obsolete records Merging accounts where there are duplicated records You will need to have a positive can-do attitude and be comfortable working with databases intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel.
