Working closely with the Director of Income & Engagement you will determine the digital strategy to support the charities strategic aims. Key to leading digital change, you will be responsible for all digital marketing functions, driving digital brand growth, supporter development, growing income through digital channels and developing key digital support services. You will be committed to delivering a high-quality digital experience for everyone who accesses the charities services for support, their partners and of course supporters across all channels, including social media, websites, e-comms, digital fundraising platforms and mobile.
This role will also lead on integrated campaigns that inform, inspire, commemorate and mobilise, and will be at the forefront of creating innovative digital campaigns that expand both reach and support.
