This is a newly created role, in a restructured team that brings marketing and fundraising together. You will be an influential manager in the organisation, supporting the overall charity's strategy and in addition line manage a team of 3, including a Digital Communications Officer the Website & Systems Officer and Supporter Recruitment Officer.
The ideal candidate:
- Line management experience and a confident leader
- Experience leading and implementing successful marketing strategies which draw heavily on digital marketing.
- Charity sector experience is not necessary, but someone with a commercial mindset who has worked in marketing is necessary.
- Good technical knowledge of marketing databases.
The charity's supporters have grown substantially in the last 4 years, and in the first week of lockdown the charity had 1000 supporters come through. They are in a brilliant position and are looking for someone to continue with this strength in support.
The role is based in Norwich , close to the train station. You will need to be in the office minimum 3 days a week, with 2 days flexible to work from home.
