The post holder will work collaboratively with other team members along with internal and external stakeholders to drive forward successful organisational performance and transformation. The post holder will support the development and implementation of a wide range of People processes and activities, including facilitating effective People and Leadership Development, consistent with the provisions of policies throughout the Charity.
Key responsibilities
Provide strong Business Partnering support, advice, and guidance
Facilitate implementation of the People Strategy
Support the application of the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Retention
Establish and maintain strong proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships,
Support and coach to facilitate effective people and performance management
To ensure the effective administration of employee lifecycle processes in a timely manner
Employee Record Management, HR Information Systems maintenance and providing accurate Management Information
Person specification
MCIPD or FCIPD - Membership (by examination) of CIPD
Strong generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience at a senior level, ideally in a not for profit or Nursing or another Clinical environment
Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and its application through policies and procedures in a business-facing operational Human Resources function
Excellent demonstration of Talent Management and succession planning
Experience of successfully implementing Organisational Design Change and transformation programmes within the not for profit sector.
Experience of Project Management working with multi skilled and multi-disciplined teams.
Excellent experience of Leadership Development and successfully implementing broader training initiatives
