Job description
I am currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Information System Specialist for an amazing international humanitarian charity. You will be leading on the roll out of a new applicant tracking system, with a current go live date of mid-January 2020. Working alongside colleagues from the UK Resourcing team ensuring that the system is fit for purpose for the International Directorate and the charity's overseas and Emergency register recruitment.

The system is Eploy and will be used for adverts, approvals, application, selection and onboarding.

Main duties:
UAT testing process, following up on defects and re-testing, feeding back into the defect logs and ensuring defects are resolved.
Representing International HR and the International directorate in the steering group and the daily/weekly project calls
Finalising recruitment workflows and working with Business Systems Support team to answer queries in the building of these workflows.
Manage plans and communications for recruitment freezes and system transitions.
Adapting and delivering training to staff and managers, acting as the focal point for queries and issues.
Responding to the needs of the ATS project group and taking on any other ATS related responsibilities.
