Harris Hill are working with a strong branded charity in their search for a Reward Manager to cover some leave for a period of at least 6 months.
The client requires someone who is comfortable working on projects as well as business as usual as well.
In this varied role you will put all your reward skills to good use whilst working in a large complex organisation will push you to work at pace. Strong experience in Gender pay gap reporting is essential.
