These people need support and the organisation we are working with wants to maintain its global reach and do more lifesaving work. To do this they need help to improve their functionality when marketing & engaging with their supporters.

This is a great opportunity for you. You will join as a Supporter Engagement Analytics Manager on a 12-month contract to make improvements & facilitate change.
You will have a business partnering role, which is exciting as you will be called on to help shape, manage and deliver the strategic analysis projects currently being worked on.
About the role......
You will be required to be proactive and identify the analyst requirements of the organisation. It will be important for you to break down and understand what is being requested of you so you can manage expectations, gather information, and give relevant feedback. At all times you will use your communication and negotiation skills effectively with all your colleagues and stakeholders.
This is a varied role, and you will be responsible to plan and carry out different analysis projects, performing complex data manipulations, and using your expert knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques to deliver complex strategic projects that will identify areas of opportunity.
What we are looking for....
You will have strong analytical and insight experience. This will span audience management, customer/supporter loyalty & engagement.
We do hope this is the ideal role for you, our client has high expectations, however, they are open minded. If you have most of the skills and experience but not all we would still love to hear from you.
We would especially love it if you have a background in digital marketing measurements, providing statistical modeling, and monitoring media activity.
Ideally, you will have worked within the Charity sector, but don't worry it's not essential.
If you have experience of the following this role could be for you....
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to generate demand and appreciation of analytics and insight.
- Providing key insights and knowledge from data/analytical projects which are communicated effectively to a senior audience and used to inform decision-making at an operational and strategic level.
- Working with SQL, Tableau, Power BI and Python.
- Identifying areas of opportunity and where to maximise value in terms of marketing activation and more advanced personalisation and targeting.
