Please note, this role is 4 days a week, on a one year maternity cover.
In this role you will ensure the website, CRM and other strategic communications systems such as email perform brilliantly! On the website you will ensure every page is as good as it can be for the target audiences using subheads, images, links, SEO and calls to action to engage the audiences and support relationship goals. You will also take on specific development projects when sections of the website need to updating and will work closely across teams and with the development agency to deliver these projects.
Another aspect of the role is working on the charities CRM (Salesforce), helping to generate marketing insights using reports and leading on data integration projects working with the service provider. This is area of work offering a great opportunity to have an impact across the organisation as more teams start to use Salesforce and engagement data is growing.
Finally, it is crucial that you have a love of excellent digital copywriting and image selection, to make sure every page offers a great user experience and meets needs. You will be joining a team of enthusiastic and supportive professionals, who care about their work. It's a great atmosphere as there is a genuine buzz and momentum about what they're doing!
