You will be part of a 17 strong Marketing & Income Generation Directorate. You will sit within the Partnerships Team alongside colleagues covering Trust, Corporate and Public Sector Contracting.
You will have a strong working relationship with colleagues, especially those providing the services and campaigns for which they are raising funds and representatives from corporate organisations, public sector bodies and philanthropists.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in securing significant income from Major Donors (5 figure+), proven experience of generating new business, be a natural relationship builder and have a collaborative approach to work.
You will initially be based from home. However, you will eventually need to be in the London office at least twice a week.
The charity is currently conducting a 6 month pilot in which staff work a compressed week (Monday to Thursday) and reduced hours (34 hours per week) with no change to pay and benefits. This will be reviewed in March 2021 and may become permanent.
