Accounts Assistant required to work with a small charity in West London.

Your new role
PROCESSES: Entering income/invoices, bank reconciliation and statements/salaries on to software and paying invoices. Printing and closing monthly accounts to prepare trial balance and income and expenditure account. Close monthly payroll.
PAYMENTS: Processing all Purchase Ledger payments. Writing and keeping record of all BACS/cheque/bank statement payments. Prepare weekly cash flow.
INVOICING: Invoice tenants for rents and service charges and any other invoices that may arise. Invoicing for all services undertaken by other departments.
Assisting with payroll, credit control, audit and banking. The organisation use Sage and this role reports into the Head of Finance.
What you'll need to succeed
- This role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant who has done a similar role recently.
- The organisation will suit a candidate who is looking for stability rather than progression as that is not something they can offer.
