Accounts Assistant required for 9 month FTC in Central London.
Your new company
Membership association based in Central London. This organisation has a small but commercially focused finance team of 6. The organisation has a group structure.
Your new role
This is a maternity cover role and will last for a minimum of 9 months. Reporting into the FC you will carry out the following:
- Ad hoc general journal entries
- Posting of bank receipts/payments to all bank accounts
- Credit checking and warning reports
- New DD/Refund details into banking system
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts and floats in sterling/euro/dollar
- Prepare and post monthly sales invoices
- Processing of invoices/credit notes
- Oversee preparation of statements and BACS/DD schedules
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role and be immediately available to interview and start. You will have a very strong eye for detail and ability to work well as part of a team.
