My client is a small charity with offices in central. They are looking to recruit a Finance Officer who will get involved with all aspects of finance.
Your new role
This is an exciting new Finance Officer opportunity to join a thriving and growing team. This is a varied role supporting in the following areas:
- Purchase Ledger: Process purchase orders, reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment batches for supplies and employee expense claims
- Banking: Assisting with cash books of all accounts, monthly bank reconciliations and credit card administration
- Assist the Financial Controller with posting ad hoc journals and inter-company recharges
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to have relevant experience within finance, including extensive knowledge of financial software and strong Excel skills. If you are studying for a professional qualification this would be an advantage.
