This exciting opportunity is with a very reputable charity, who are looking to expand their IT team during a time of investment and change by appointing a Full Stack Developer.
Your new role
As part of our continued improvement plan for Information Services we are seeking to invest in a Full Stack Developer who will need to be comfortable working across front-end and back end technology stacks to develop business logic and database layers. You should be able to work with cloud technologies and the use of DevOps tools. You will be responsible for managing a team of software developers whilst working in an agile team to deliver technical changes.
You will need to demonstrate extensive development experience utilising C#, ASP, .NET, MVC and Web API/RESTful API. You should also have experience of working with cloud technologies and the use of DevOps tools. You must also ensure the appropriate levels of system and support documents are created and maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience as a full stack developer
- Experience as a lead dev 2-3 years minimum
- Experience on Azure and micro services
- Hands on experience with C#, RESTFUL API, React, GIT, SQL/NoSQL
- Experience with test driven design development (TDD), test tools such as Nunit, Xbehave
- Good understanding of Design patterns and SOLID principles
- Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring a dev team
