Interim HR Assistant on behalf of a University paying £16-18p/h.
Your new company
You will be working for a University in South East London.
Your new role
As HR Administrator you will support the Deputy Director of HR and Director of HR with a range of administrative tasks. This will include: general HR administration for employee life cycle, coordinating academic queries and associated administration in addition to organising and minuting meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience and a genuine interest for HR is key for this role. You will have good IT skills, plenty of initiative especially when working individually. You will also demonstrate discretion and the ability to handle confidential/sensitive information.
Previous experience within HE is highly desirable but not essential so please apply if you have the relevant skills.
As an individual you will be proactive with a good attitude.
