Interim HR Business Partner (ER) job paying £200-£220 per day

Your new role
As HR Partner you will be responsible for delivering high quality, professional and effective HR Advice, guidance and support to managers related to all aspects of people management. Specifically, you will be responsible for advising on a range of complex employee relations matters. You will operate in a supportive and coaching approach in providing robust and pragmatic support to enable managers to develop confidence and competence to effectively deal with the whole range of people management issues. This is an interim role paying £200-£220 per day for a period of 3 months initially.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate working knowledge of current employment legislation which will allow you to provide accurate advice. You will have a track record un providing support and guidance to line managers with a range of complex ER Cases. You will also have excellent communication skills which will allow you establish and develop effective professional relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation. Higher Education and/or experience gained within the public sector is highly desirable for this role. As an individual, you will be proactive with a positive can-do attitude. To be considered for this role you must be immediately available as you will be required to start 4th November 2019.
