Infrastructure Manager - Central London - Permanent Position

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading non-for-profit organisation who are located in Central London who are on the lookout for an Infrastructure manager to manage their small but growing IT team on an initial six month contract however this role is likely to go permanent.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a 3rd line support engineer as well as this managing two IT support analyst. Together you will ensure the smooth running of the Service desk, delivering timely and high-class customer service to support the wider business. You will responsible for conducting one to one training and mentoring and training staff within your team.
You will provide leadership to the IT function and will develop a high performing team. You will directly report into the director of IT and will work alongside them to create and maintain a selection of core IT services and service level requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to have previous experience managing a team of infrastructure engineers. You will be required to have previous experience providing 3rd line support You will also need to have experience working with windows server and experience with Citrix and ideally experience supporting Mac's.
What you'll get in return
