Job Description

2 days a week until July providing supporting a portfolio of international partnership and activities.

Your new company
Non-profit membership organisation in Central London are seeking an experienced professional to support the organisations portfolio of international partnership and activities two days a week for a short term contract until July.

Your new role
As Partnership Manager during this time you will be primarily providing effective support for the International Committee - including the preparation of agendas, papers, minutes and briefings - as well as supporting a major event and a large scale conference in both logistics and content. In addition you will manage the organisations international membership base and maintain and develop excellent working relations with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in management of partnership / members, ideally gained internationally. You will be highly organised, able to organise meetings including preparation of paper and minutes, as well as being able to support project management of large events. You will be a strong and effective communicator both verbally and in writing. Due to the short term nature of the role it will also suit an individual who is flexible, adaptable, results-focused, able to grasp new things quickly and think independently to make informed decisions.

What you'll get in return
This is a short term position for 2 days a week (14.5 hours). The rate of pay is £19.66ph + holiday pay PAYE or £24.23per hour.
