Your new role
We're looking for someone experienced and creative to get our message across to a wider digital audience.
You'll also have the opportunity to act as the editorial lead for all social media accounts including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, making editorial decisions, and escalating issues where necessary.
You will provide expert guidance and advice to senior management and teams about the use of social media, and lead on social media planning to develop the creative development of social media campaigns, working closely with different business areas and the wider communications team.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong writing and editing skills and be able to present complex information in a straightforward way, as well as having at least two years' experience in social media management in previous roles.
You must be able to produce and manage content for live broadcasts/twitter chats, working with relevant production, editorial and/or support roles, as well as being able to use social media to provide insight on key issues of risk to the reputation of our organisation.
You will ideally be in a substantive role in social media management
Experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector is desirable, but not essential.
